PURCHASE ORDER
- Customer confirms his purchase order by sending a filled-in purchase order form.
- Purchase order form contains codes of items, their volume and if possible also
names.
- Purchase order form can be delivered by fax or e-mail.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
- Usual delivery time is 2-5 working days.
- Items included in order form sent before Friday 12.00 will be usually delivered
following Monday or Tuesday.
- Items included in order form sent before Monday 10.00 will be usually delivered
following Thursday or Friday.
TRANSPORT
- Own transport
- Spedition company
- Buyer will be notified about the expected time of delivery on the day of despatch.
PRICE
- Prices of the items are based on valid pricelist.
- Individual discounts
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Payment is set against the delivery in cash or by check.
- Tricenary maturity for regular partners
COMPLAINTS
- Buyer will check the delivered items after the delivery and will send eventual
complaints by fax or e-mail to the seller within 24 hours after the delivery.
- Rules regarding complaints after the goods delivery:
Damaged shipment (consignment)
- This regulation is to be used in case of dead, ill or in other way damaged animals.
- Buyer is entitled to refuse the goods acceptance in case of above mentioned
defects.
- Appropriate discount will be included in next order.
Shipment not according to order
- This regulation is to be used in case of shipment parametres different from the
order (number of items, type of items, volume etc...).
- Buyer is entitled to decide whether he will accept the shipment with appropriate
price adjustment, or whether he will refuse to accept the items differing from his
order.
- All complaints are subject to Czech law.
